We have a 30-day return policy at Classica Fashions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days to arrange for a return and refund.

We have a no-questions-asked refund policy for our ardent patrons. Yes, but you have to honor a few of the conditions that are a basic requirement for returns.


All we need is the item should be in the same condition as you received. It must not be worn, used, or altered to start with. You must return it along with:

  • The original tags and packaging

  • Receipt

  • Any other proof of purchase

How To Raise A Return Request?

You can contact us via our customer service team and raise a ticket. They will assist you further depending on the nature of the return.


We request you to inform us about your dissatisfaction with the product as you receive it. In case, the item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, let us know as soon as possible.

We certainly will inspect it away and try our level best to set it right.


Returning the object you now own and then making a fresh purchase for the desired item after the return has been approved is the quickest way to ensure that you get what you want.


Certain goods, including custom products (such as customized orders or personalized items) and items for personal care, cannot be returned (such as beauty products).

Volatile liquids, gases, and hazardous goods are also not returnable to us. If you have inquiries or concerns about a particular item, do get in touch.

Likewise, gift certificates and anything that are on sale or discounted cannot, regrettably, be returned.


Once we’ve received and reviewed your return, we’ll notify you immediately if your refund was accepted. If accepted, a refund will be made automatically to your original method of payment.

Please bear in mind that your credit card provider or bank may need additional time to process and deposit the refund.
